- 4.5 pound whole chicken
- 1 whole lemon
- 4 stems of thyme
- 4 stems of rosemary
- 4 stems of sage
- 1 whole head of garlic
- Graded peel of 5 lemons
- 1/3 cup of olive oil ( I said in the video 3/4 BY MISTAKE)
- 1tbl spoon of kosher salt
- 1 tspoon of black pepper
