I have tried so many recipes this past month and found a winner!!!

Recipe:

3/4 Cup of warmed milk

1 packet or 2 and a 1/2 tsp of instant yeast

1/4 Cup plus 1 tbsp light brown sugar

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of Vanilla extract

7 tbsp of softened butter

3 large eggs

4 and 1/4 Cup of all purpose flour
