I love puff pastry Samsa!! They are so hard to make though from scratch- that’s why I am so happy that I learned how to Make them using Malawach! They are so super quick to Make and taste as if you spent hours on them. Ssshhhh no one has to know you got a little help from a pre-made dough.

✨Recipe:

Around 2 cups of chopped meat. I like to mix mine using beef and lamb

Double the amount of onions- 4 cups of onions

Salt

Pepper

Cumin

Coriander

Chicken powder

Brush with egg. Bake at 400 F for 30-40 minutes.
