00:22 - 3 tbsp olive oil.

00:32 - 1 medium carrot, halved and sliced.

01:20 - 2 small onions, finely diced.

02:02 - 2-3 celery stalks, chopped.

02:58 - 2 eggs.

03:31 - A few cloves of garlic, minced.

04:22 - 400g (approx. 14 oz) celery root.

05:42 - 1/2 tsp turmeric.

06:01 - Add veggie broth or water.
