- Salted butter – 110g (½ cup)
- Sugar – 175g (¾ cup + 2 tablespoons)
- Vegetable oil – 30ml (2 tablespoons)
- Eggs – 2
- Natural yogurt – 100g (about 7 tablespoons)
- Plain flour – 200g (1⅓ cups)
- Baking powder – 1½ teaspoons
- Coffee Mixture
- Instant coffee – 1 tablespoon
- Warm milk – 2–3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon Sugar Filling
- Cinnamon powder – 2 teaspoons
- Brown sugar – 2–3 tablespoons
- Optional Glaze
- Powdered sugar – 60g (½ cup)
- Milk – 1-2 tablespoons
- Instant coffee – ½ teaspoon
- Equipment
- Measuring cup size: 240ml
- Baking pan: 20 × 20 cm (8 × 8 inch)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.
