• Caramel Hot Chocolate:
• Brown sugar powdered 2-3 tbs or to taste
• Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
• Chocolate chips 1 & ½ tbs
• Cream 4-5 tbs
• Marshmallow
• Chocolate syrup
• Caramel syrup
• Nutella Hot Chocolate:
• Cream 4-5 tbs
• Nutella spread 3 tbs
• Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
• Whipped cream
• Chocolate chips
• Chocolate syrup
• Cocoa powder

אופן ההכנה

1. Caramel Hot Chocolate:
2. In saucepan,add brown sugar and let it melt on low flame and mix continuously.
3. Gradually add milk,mix continuously and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add chocolate chips and cream,whisk continuously and cook for 4-5 minutes.
5. In serving cup,add caramel hot chocolate,marshmallows and burnt with blow torch.
6. Add chocolate syrup,caramel syrup & serve!
7. Nutella Hot Chocolate:
8. In saucepan,add cream,nutella spread then turn on the flame and mix until well combined.
9. Add milk,whisk continuously and cook for 4-5 minutes.
10. In serving cup,add nutella hot chocolate,whipped cream,chocolate chips,chocolate syrup and sprinkle cocoa powder & serve!

30. Saucepan mein brown sugar dal dein aur halki ancch per melt ker lein aur musalsal mix kertay rahien.
31. Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil kertay jayein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
32. Chocolate chips aur cream dal dein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
33. Serving cup mein caramel hot chocolate aur marshmallows dal dein
