400g / 14oz Potato 0.36

1 Onion 0.09

40g / 1.4oz Corn Flour 0.16

Pinch of salt 0.00

1 tsp White Pepper 0.06

Total cost for 400g of hash browns 0.67

Peel and cut the potato into small cubes and rinse.

Boil in water until just beginning to soften.

Put the potatoes in a bowl and mix in the corn flour, salt and pepper.

Form into shapes and deep fry.
