Delicious and simple creamed rice pudding recipe. This is a classic rice pudding recipe which is really simple to make and delicious. Here are the ingredients and method.

175g / 6.1 oz Pudding Rice 0.49

700ml Whole milk 0.42

200ml Single cream 0.88

50g / 1.7oz Sugar 0.06

1 tsp vanilla 0.12

½ tsp Cinnamon 0.02

½ tsp Nuteg 0.02

Total cost 2.01

Put the milk, cream and sugar into a pan and bring it to the boil. Drop the heat down to a simmer and add the rice, stir well and cover. Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally until the rice pudding has come to the desired consistency. Add the vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir in.
